RecommendedThe staff at Rehder are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When making my appointment and asking some questions over the phone, the receptionist was helpful and able to answer my questions. The doctor who administered my hearing tests was very explanatory before each portion of the tests and went over the results with my husband and I afterwards, making sure we understood all that we were told. I have confidence in their expertise and can confidently recommend Rehder to others.

They are all great to work with and I always learn something new about what I can do to help improve my hearing. Even when there is a problem they stick with it until it can be figured out. Great service and you never feel pressured to hurry up and get out so they can see the next person. From check in to leaving everything went well.

my experience is the staff cares about me and is committed to get me the best hearing service..They are in my corner in the contest to deal with the challenges of my hearing.
We are very unhappy with Rehder. My dad paid over $4000 for his hearing aids and has had them less than a year. He is having issues with his hearing aids and now Rehder Balance and Hearing Clinic will not stand behind them. Dad had a long argument with the lady at the front desk and she tossed his hearing aid at him and told him to take it home. What about the insurance that we paid extra for?
Friendly, knowledgable, and professional staff. I would highly recommend Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic.
