My app't. at Rehder's went very well. Very professional, patient, kind staff. App't.was timely and very informational and encouraging.
I went to Rehder Hearing Clinic for the first time about 8 years ago and have been wearing my hearing aides daily ever since. The Clinic is always so helpful if I need anything at all. I know that I can count on them.
Dr. Hayden recommended that I consider a Cochlear Implant, after years of wearing hearing aids. I am so glad I decided to go through the evaluation process with Tracey, and that I have the implant in one ear. I have a hearing aid in the other ear. She is encouraging and very proficient at helping me adapt and performing the mapping to give me optimal hearing. If I have a question, she gets back to me with a thoughtful response. Everyone at the office is supportive and friendly. I am very happy with Rehder Balance & Hearing!
Timely, courteous, and professional.I never hesitate to stop by if I'm having issues with my hearing aids.
I was having trouble with my right hearing aid and was told to come in the next time I was in Billings. within 5 minutes of being in the office they had my hearing aid fixed.
Very friendly informative and kind people there I'm a VA client and even though my contract is up they allow me to go there for any technical problems with my hearing aids. Thank you so much !!

My 7 year old had to been seen for difficulty hearing. She was nervous of course. They were super nice and professional and made her feel at ease. Very clean facility. I'd recommend them to anyone!
