Regions Bank, specifically the ********, ** location, but the Regions Bank Corporation in and of itself is horrible. Let me preface this review by stating that both my parents, several of my friends, and even my son left Regions bank years ago due to their blatant incompetence and lack of quality service for all of their customers. They deliberately have fraudulent practices with no shame or remorse. I recently deposited a check into my Regions account. At the time of the deposit, I was given a written contract that detailed... read more

Regions is over a loan Im working with the clients Im working with for a new home build. Im the *** On the job. She has lied several times about the way we would move forward. She had told me she would accept certain documentation only to later change her mind to not accept it. Which caused major problems. She is not cut out for the job she has and should be a teller and nothing more. In her position one should never lie and cause problems between the home owner and the builder. Basically if you speak your mind to her she wi... read more

Regions contacted me via their fraud system that they suspected a fraudulent charge. After a week waiting for a new debit card I discovered they APPROVED and posted charges from the old card and never alerted me. I still haven't received the first replacement card and now that I've reported new disputes they cancelled the first replacement card (which I haven't received) and issued a new replacement card. As to the money stolen from my account, they claim it will take another 10 days on top of the week I've already waited. T... read more

We had a card stolen and the process to get it reported had me spend an entire work day in their office. Afterwards they froze our accounts without warning. They had no mechanism for unfreezing it so we had no access to our money. Meaning none of us were able to get our paychecks for weeks. The freeze also alerted the banks of me and my coworkers subsequentially force freezing our personal accounts for fraud. Most of us live paycheck to paycheck and we had to pull together to pool resources just to get by. But that wasn't th... read more

Be ***** of Regions Bank money market advertising. They do not tell you the minimum balance required in the solitation email. They say ****** but you need at least ******. I had ***** taken for admin fees before I noticed. Hope they enjoy the ***** because they lost my business and their credibility for not being transparent. You should fire whoever marketed that program.

I was a victim of fraud scam. I bank with regions and when I reported it to them. They did not have there stuff together. While I was being scammed I was not able to get a person to talk to. The prompts on their phone did not help me at all. Their customer service is very disoriented. A guy named ************************ up on me. I was not mean to him. Just stated how bad the service was. I reported my issue to them over the phone. They did not require me to come in and submit any documentation to a live person So they turn... read more

This bank was recommended to me to finance my basement restoration. They have no real way to track your balance unless you call their office or wait for your monthly statement. There's also no way to have a multiple payment option where the first goes to interest + principle, and the other goes to principle. You literally have to call in each time to make a principle payment. Its almost as if they want to keep you a slave to paying down your balance with them. Be very aware and be cautious when considering this bank
