Couldn't do it via the web, called the number, still couldn't activate it. Called customer service, Ashley said she activated my card and to cut up my other one. So I did. Guess what? If you have a small business then I warn you do not Bank with Regions. Worst customer service, worst representatives in the branch, they don’t give a crap about your business at the Palm Beach US 1 location. It should be a crime to hold a verified check for 2 weeks. They made me wait to receive part of my check- gave me none of the money, held part for 3 days to receive on the 4th day and then wants to hold *****of it for 2 weeks after the verification.
