I'm with you Faye, K. I'm just curious why the bank isn't more transparent about letting the consumer see their current balance. It's my account, why can't the individual be more of the manager. That's why I elect to keep the paper statements coming to my home. I count down the days to when my contract is up and I can move on from this company. They send invoices late and then call/harass me for payment when isn't received on time. They don't provide proper documentation when extra fee's are added to my bill and then harass me constantly for payment while I request this documentation. Of course they want me to go to auto-payment but why would I grant a blank check to bill with a company that hasn't cared about the harassment they've put me through due to their bad habits. I was charged 3 overdraft fees because I made a payment and didn't realize I was about $8 off in my account. I immediately (within 2-3 minutes) transferred the money into my account to make sure I had what I needed to cover my payment. They charged me $72 in fees for the 2 pending transactions I had for the 3 minutes my account was "pending negative" and then of course that did throw my account into the negative and then charged me another fee.
