Offered 0% financing on a project that it took a year to complete with Kitchen & Bath Decor, asked if year could be extended due to this. Not only was the answer a quick no, but the rate changed to 18.58%. I never knew what my balance was, nor was it included on any paper/e- statement. I have very good credit and payment history. I attempted to apply for the 12-Mo Same-As-Cash Loan and was prompted to contact the lending department because "they had a few more questions". The representative accessed my case and informed me that it was denied. It threw me off because I have a really good credit score. So I proceeded to ask the representative what was the Bank's score requirement and she responded by saying that they are unable to provide that information??? When I moved to Alabama from my hometown, my credit union wasn't available so I decided to go with Regions since they were conveniently located pretty much everywhere.
