We recently took a loan for home improvement due to the recent storm in Texas. It was not planned, and our construction company suggested EnerBankUSA. It was the easiest to set up, and the customer service agent was kind, thoughtful, professional, and patient with us. I can never get any service with my car loan. No app, no online support, just bills that they send to the wrong address. I've updated my address with them multiple times and they still send my bill to my previous address. My car finally got repossessed and that was the first time I got someone on the phone in less than half an hour. Now that I got it back I just an hour on hold and they can't answer my question. Literally the worst
Process was quick and easy online with an immediate answer. Enerbank followed up with a call to ask if I had any questions and verified that we were happy with the completed project and contractor. I highly recommend them!

Negative Stars. Avoid Enerbank Loan Company. My home reno loan $ ** K was distributed when the home project was finished on 02/15/21. On O2/24/21, I paid off $ ** K via Enerbank Payment system online ; On 03/03/21, Enerbank website shows that my $ ** K online payment on 02/24/21 did not go through as they could not locate my BOA account although my bank account number is correct and my BOA said there is no restriction on my bank accounts. Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear your payoff has not gone smoothly. We recommend using a different Bank account to pay off the loan. It appears your current Bank account is not allowing the transaction to take place.
Enerbank does not do their due diligence when verifying account numbers. My personal account was pinged for a loan payment from another person who shared a similar bank account number. I have zero business dealings with Enerbank and when I informed them of their mistake, they basically were unhelpful and acted like this is no big deal and to just freeze payments through my bank and file a reversal. In this time of great need with the covid-19 pandemic, Enerbank has been very considerate in adjusting their requirements for payment. Now that I have also been a victim of the Texas freeze and broken pipes in my house, Enerbank has been even more considerate with me and my needs. Dissatisfied with their customer sevice. *Not able to see balance on the website, website needs to be updated *No one will answer the phone, on hold for two hours *Needed payoff information, will not give a complete answer *The check from my bank was cleared through Enerbank and they cannot give you a yes or no about receiving the check...unacceptable for a business
Easy loan process. This is my second loan with them. I think they are great for a home improvement loans.
