I am thankful that EnerBank offers interest-free financing for a year- we had a home emergency we weren't prepared for (our fault) and needed to take out a loan to replace our water heater. Super easy to get approved and they've been great about sending reminders every month that aren't pressuring at all. My only complaint would be their online portal, which for some reason does not show the balance remaining on the loan. They advertised financing for a POS system called Clover. It was seemingly a great deal, they stated that there wasn't a contract and stressed the quality of their customer service. After having a fraudulent charge in the amount of $1059.99 to bestbuy.com. My account was not flagged nor I contacted about the charge, attempting to get the money back the Dave at the Calhoun, GA branch simply stated that they have done all they can do at the branch, I asked why not call corporate and see if the hold can be released and was told to contact Best Buy again and see if they will do it on their end. I refinanced my home with Regions Bank in December 2020. During that process, my loan officer informed me about a new checking account promotion that was ending on 12/31/2020 (I have the email for the record). I called and waited on hold 41 minutes. I was at work, had a customer come in prior to them answering the phone, I asked them to hold on for a moment, The person said that they can hold on for 30 seconds. any longer then that, they would have to hang up. They ended up hanging up in less then that. Called back, on hold for 16 minutes. Finally got to talk to someone. They were rude, and proceeded to talk to me really disrespectful. I received a phone call this morning from Simone S***** in a management position with Regions bank.First of all she left a message on Wednsday 5/12/21 I was waiting for an outcome on my account (25,000 discrepancies) when I tried calling back I got voice mail she did not indicate in her VM that she would not be in her office until the following Monday. EnerBank's loan process was fast, professional, and courteous. I definitely would recommend doing business with this company.
