Subtract that star this is the worst bank there is they cashed my check locked the Mobil app and my account for months with plenty of money in it put me in financial hardship due to them with holding my money. Can't get a human to answer the phone go to a bank it's always some form I have to have take it back an it's the wrong one.

horrible experience. I have had regions since I was a little kid and am now 19. my bank account if frozen and they are saying that I now owe $2,000 back to them.I sure wish I had $2,000 lying around but so does anybody.All because a check bounced even when I went to the bank and they verified the check and released the hold. No one informed me that the check could be returned three days later and now I owe them the check back. So I get this "fraud" message talking about I spent about $65 on something. This has been happening every since July 24,2021. Regions ends up blocking my card unannounced. So I called them to get it unblocked. And they did. So the next day I go to use my card; for some odd reason they go BACK to the same date and they block my card again. So I call back, and they unblock it. So tell me why it's July 29,2021, and I go to get some gas for my car and my card declines again. Where do I begin? I've been a Regions customer for over 20 years. I have a savings and checking account, a credit card and a Home Equity Line and have never missed a payment. My HELOC was coming due July 3rd and I was dealing with the branch to get a new HELOC but they told me that Regions doesn't do HELOCs anymore and said refinancing was my only option. I ordered a package from a company and then later had to request a new debit card on my same bank account. Later I needed a refund for my package and it was rejected twice from regions. It took twenty nearly two weeks to discover this. I called every single day to check on my refund and received different answers each time.
