I worked all month long for my check, just for them to not make my funds available. They say they are making me wait 2 MORE weeks so I ended up not getting my check today. They also like to control how much money you can send at a time and if you go over their low limit you have to call in. This is the WORST bank I have ever had and regret opening this account. I should have never left my old bank

Regions Bank is the worst banking company for small businesses. Their customer service is an empty promise.I visited a branch to talk to the manager. I had received a check from a credit union that is within walking distance of the branch. I asked the manager to fast-track the check because I needed the cash two days later to complete a significant investment.The manager promised to help. I'm really upset at the level customer service I received from these branches. First I'm lied to about a check deposit *****. A 11 day hold on my funds while I incurred 300 in fees because my fund were not available. Rude correspondence on the phone. My lights will be cut off. Geez thanks. I'm not doin business anymore in this bank

I received three offers for a home loan which according to the email it was pre-qualified loan up to $250*000* My home is valued at $426*000 and I owe $118*000. That would give me at least $300*00. I only wanted $25*000 for ******************************************************* only $21900 for 15 years. I rejected their offer. But then* they sent me a letter stating that i have poor credit. I would give a negative star if it was available. This bank decided because I had overdraft protection and had to use it a couple of times over the past six months that when I deposited a large check that they were going to place a hold on this check. now it is standard practice for a check that is large to have a hold on it. However, when they said it was going to be released, they changed their minds and moved the date out by another week. My client has a solar panel loan with this company and its been a nightmare trying to get anyone to help. We have a buyer trying to assume to debt and its taken us over a month to get a decision. They make it impossible to get anything accomplished and theyre definitely just looking out for themselves. We are currently going on three weeks since the buyer last submitted any updated income documentation and we still dont have a decision.

This so-called "bank" is beyond predatory and sleazy. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. No one answers their phones, calls back using their voicemail or "callback" feature. For days I've tried to get in contact, and it ************'s hold feature and nothing. No one. Their website provides no information on your loan at all. No balance, no interest, no loan documentation. The only thing you can do is make a payment or view history of payments. Why does my branch tell me they have no fraud department? They cant lock my card when I call them to tell them someone is charging my account over and over they tell me I have to come into the branch? I work 6 am to 6pm the branch is closed Im out $248 and they still wont help me its been a week, unless I come inside the branch.
