I called and waited on hold 41 minutes. I was at work, had a customer come in prior to them answering the phone, I asked them to hold on for a moment, The person said that they can hold on for 30 seconds. any longer then that, they would have to hang up. They ended up hanging up in less then that. Called back, on hold for 16 minutes. Finally got to talk to someone. They were rude, and proceeded to talk to me really disrespectful. I received a phone call this morning from Simone S***** in a management position with Regions bank.First of all she left a message on Wednsday 5/12/21 I was waiting for an outcome on my account (25,000 discrepancies) when I tried calling back I got voice mail she did not indicate in her VM that she would not be in her office until the following Monday. I have been a Regions banking customer since 2009. In the last two months I have had horrible experiences dealing with the personnel minus one person Robert R**** here in Tampa. Robert has been exceptional and should be in charge of commercial banking as the current person in that position Michael J**** has god syndrome and makes you feel like you are lucky to be a Regions customer from his cushy desk. Regions has failed twice in lifting a hold with the IRS on my account not allowing me to pay them and again today in trying ... read more

Horrible service! Staff is not friendly and wait times are ridiculous. Can never just get what you need done on the fly, it's always different rules that come up.

Excellent on every level. Fast, easy, efficient, pleasant reps, super easy to get on the line. Too bad there's no Enerbank cable TV or Enerbank Health insurance. I wish everything in life were this simple.
