The worst banking experience ever. My bank account was locked and blocked haven't been able to touch my hard earned money for the past 2 months. Causing many bills to be unpaid, late fees and reported on my credit report. Let along a child I'm not able to provide for because of this situation. No apologies, just a bunch of misleading with no follow *** with the issue. As a once loyal customer I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I had a consumer loan with them and it is the worst experience I've ever had. I had automatic electronic payment set up on my loan. Suddenly in March I got a late fee. I called their customer service and they said they changed payment services and would reverse it. The next month, same thing happened. I called again and got the same answer. I paid the entire balance on this same call so i wouldn't have to deal with it any more. Yesterday, i got an invoice for just the late fee.
