They charge you higher in interest than on your agreement. They charge you interest accrues daily. So if you pay early, which I did, and then you pay on time. they charge you interest for all days between your early pay date and the your next on time payment. My interest rate is 6.99%. Because i paid early and then paid on time they charged me over 9% of interest.This is not ok. I would never use them. The interest % should never be more than what you agree to when you sign into the loan .

worst website ever. worst customer service ever. no way to contact anyone. you hide any convenience for the consumer to be able to use your site in an effective manner. You do not return emails from your feedback email address. Your company is the worst ever. Can't wait to pay you off in a few days and get your awful experience behind me. I can't even trust Regions now that they have taken you on and merged with your unethically practicing company. You should be ashamed over yourselves

Poor description on opening an account and receive $*** of reward if 10 ATM transactions were completed within 30 days of account opening. After account opening it took more than 2 weeks close to three weeks for ATM card to arrive. The ATM card was used within the 30 day period however due to banks internal process, the transaction didn't not hit account after "Day 30". EnerBank worked with my contractor and with me to finance my roof. As the bid changed, they made it very easy for me modify the loan. I was grateful that this part of the process was easy -as it was major job on the house and stressful. They made the financing the easy part.

We have a mortgage with Regions. First, they paid someone else's property tax from our escrow account. Second, they give us a refund that ends up putting a deficit in the balance of our escrow account. Third, I get a property tax delinquent notice in August. They didn't pay our property taxes!!! They have made this year an absolute nightmare. Very unprofessional the way Regions Mortgage has handled our account. I will not recommend their services.

First we applied for the loan to update HVAC system . After application was accepted we ran into a problem which caused us to rip out all the duct work. There was no problem in getting the amount we needed increased. We are very thankful for there help.
