So quick and easy to get approved. No pressure and technical issues about repayment. Only contacted once to let me know repayment date had changed because the contractor was not done working on the windows. And contacted me a second time only to let me know as long as I had the full amount paid by the end of my 15-month term, I would not be charged interest. Love this.......I would definitely reach out to them again.

Regions has repeatedly made me aware as a customer I am not important. They charge crippling overdraft fees, and then try to upsell you. I've tried to go to my branch to fix the issue..but branch manager did not have enough time to speak with me..and was on her way to lunch at 10:30..10:30..okay..Ive called the corporate office and had the pleasure of speaking to a monotone person who listed a complaint..still waiting to talk to someone who has authority to help..The Christmas Eve stunt is the end for me. Enerbank's 0% financing for 12 months enabled me to get my house painted and a few years ago, Enerbank financed the rebuilding of my back patio, again at 0% interest for a year. I wish all financial institutions provided the same great terms to consumers.

We have been paying the minimum payment on enterbank USA for 7 years and it was a 7 year note on the loan. We called them to see why it wasn't zero balance yet and they said we have only paid the interest and haven't touched the principal! It was only a 6k loan and we've paid 6k in interest only! When I asked what we can do because we honored the life of the loan, they said to take out another loan from a bank to pay them off! They are not honest in their dealings and it is a major scam.

I have never had such a hard time getting a customer service representative on the phone. I am currently sitting at THIRTY MINUTES of hold time waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't even need to call in the first place if their website features for recovering passwords worked. I tried on three separate occasions to reset my password and received NO EMAILS like the website stated it would send. Unacceptable! I will be researching other banks to do business with.
