Can not get a hold of them after several attempts to pay off my loan and suddenly my log in does not work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAME COMPANY. It is scary to think where my money is going every month.
I have been with Regions over 10 yrs and closed my accounts today because of the horrible customer service when calling for online banking help. Between the fees, the app not working and the terrible customer service its not worth the hassle. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went to the drive-through today (06/01/2023) at approximately ****. After waiting 4 minutes for someone to come to the drive-through window, I pushed the 'call button'. A lady appeared. She dryly and without a smile asked, "How can I help you?" In spite of the poor customer service, I replied "I would like to exchange $200 worth of 20s for 5s. (Our son is autistic, and we prefer to give him smaller bills.) She dryly and without a smile replies, "I don't think we have it." I replied ********* doesn't have $200 worth of 5s? ... read more
