I had a consumer loan with them and it is the worst experience I've ever had. I had automatic electronic payment set up on my loan. Suddenly in March I got a late fee. I called their customer service and they said they changed payment services and would reverse it. The next month, same thing happened. I called again and got the same answer. I paid the entire balance on this same call so i wouldn't have to deal with it any more. Yesterday, i got an invoice for just the late fee. The worst banking experience ever. My bank account was locked and blocked haven't been able to touch my hard earned money for the past 2 months. Causing many bills to be unpaid, late fees and reported on my credit report. Let along a child I'm not able to provide for because of this situation. No apologies, just a bunch of misleading with no follow *** with the issue. As a once loyal customer I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
