When I thought I was finally finished with paying off my loan Lo behold the problems first begun. I made an overpayment and I am waiting for the Refund checks - everytime I call (waiting time min 25 minutes) the representative tells me the check is in the mail you should be getting it in 10 days. Zero Stars, Do NOTTTTT get a Credit Card/ POS machine from this group, Wireless terminal that we used cost $*** to buy, The Previous Owners were talked into a contract for 48 Months, at ***** a month. This was the contact we where recommended to use from our processing company. This company will make you finish your contract rate even if you have 23 months left on it. I have had a account with Regions for over 18 years. Checking account with Direct Deposit with over **k going in this account a month. I overdrafted my account 6 months ago due to a family emergency. I called my local Wetumpka Branch and talked to someone on Tuesday about refunding 2 of my overdrafts . I was told she would have to talk to the Branch Manager Rachel L***. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a financial institution. Made a $****** deposit on Friday afternoon, and my funds still have not been verified or released. At this point, it's highway robbery. Now, they're wanting to hold it until NEXT TUESDAY. THIS IS A BANK OF ******* CHECK FROM *************. IT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE TRANSACTION. $* service fee every month. Pretty shady practices that made it difficult to pay my loan off. No responses to email support requests. Took me two weeks and sitting on hold multiple times (30+ minutes each) to get a payoff amount so I could pay my loan off.
Loan process was quick and easy. Easy to do business with!

Regions bank is without a doubt the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with! Their policies are simply created to pad their own wallets with no thought or concern on helping the customer. If you have a problem with Regions bank you are 100% on your own. If you go into the branch to resolve and issue they tell you to call the customer call center.
