Absolutely terrible. If you want very little customer service, no one to answer your questions, and hours on the phone for help, this is your bank!!!! I cannot even cancel my credit card with them easily. This is an example of a bank that grew too large, too fast. PLEASE bank locally if you want quick help and peace of mind.

Called for a payoff, as EnerBankUSA does not post on website. Nor do they include it on their statements in mail or online. I waited 25 minutes to finally received the payoff amount. Tried to pay on their website and received error message stating the amount was over allowed amount. Reduce to allowed amount and got error message my bank would not allow. - This last turned out to be false statement per my bank. So, I went to my bank app and added EnerBankUSA as a payee and sent payment. My bank processed payout in 2 days. It ... read more

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting months to receive the title to my automobile from Regions after I paid off my loan, and after making a number of very time consuming telephone calls to Regions national customer service to inquire about my title, I am both disappointed in and upset with Regions Bank which not only, through its incompetence and negligence, lost the title to my automobile but now has the gall to tell me that it is my responsibility, and at my time and expense, to obtain a duplicate title. I have regions account for over. Five years when I open the account I sign on for overdraft alert with regions if your account is in overdraft After!12 midnight you will accrue $***** They stop sending me alert during business hours and sent me at 2-3 am in the morning after the take there fee out I spoke to them about it they when they update there system it deleted the previous settings I reset it again the same thing happened what do I do they take a lot of money out of my account

The overall process was relatively easy, other than there was some initial confusion from the contractor who gave me the wrong phone number. The e-file was fairly easy to understand and I liked the option to read through all the forms online, or print a copy for my records.
