Regions bank froze my personal account due to a returned check I have no control over they also froze my business account because they are linked together I did not choose to link them they told me to. I called the number shown on the online banking log in and spoke with someone who told me to go to a branch to unfreeze it I did that. My account has fraudulent activity but when I notice it I went to the bank and I was told I had pending charges on my account. The pending status would be done the next day. When I returned they came with they have to wait for a certain department to unlock my account. We are on day 4 and they will not give me my money even though everything is clears Nothing PENDING they are going to close the account and still haven’t given me my money waiting on Emails.
