We brought our cat in for an emergency visit today and everyone that helped us had so much compassion. Explained everything to ensure we made the right choices. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I brought my severely injured cat to the hospital . They called me on my phone and told me my cats tail is separated from her spine and there was nerve damage and I owe them $500 and want to do x-rays for another $1200 he called me again and said that she can go home that all of her internal organs were fine. They charged me $1765.00 And sent me home with a bag of medicine. My cat died 12 hours later and suffered the entire time. Took my dog there and over charge on medicine I paid $125 where I could have bought it myself for$36 ..... I wish they would give me the option if we wanted to purchased there or not... I should know better ... Next time I will check prices before I said yes otherwise I will ask for prescription and I will buy the medicine only..... way cheaper

The staff is amazingly helpful. My dog came in vomiting blood and having bloody diarrhea, and they were calm and quick to assess the situation and let me know their ideas and plan of treatment. My dog ended up having to be hospitalized for 20 hours and they called and gave me updates every step of the way. They even texted me pictures of my baby. They kept him comfortable and made sure he was taken out to potty frequently. My baby, Finn, is on the road to recovery with meds and the doctors recommendation of a bland diet for ... read more
