Waited for over 5 hours...finally had to go elsewhere.
I brought my dog in Tuesday night who was in respiratory distress. I couldn’t go inside due to covid she was 17 and I thought it was her time to be put down I waited two hours for an evaluation. I was told of hospitalization cardiologist oxygen therapy starting at 5000. Plus. I asked to perform a chest X-ray. As I wanted to be sure that I felt she has chf and fluid in her lungs. I've been waiting 4 days now for a response from a Vet to fill out my expired script for a issue that they told me would be reoccurring. Seems to me that they're happy to take my money and as much of it as they can while I'm there but to fill out a simple script isn't worth anyone's time. I took my 2 week puppy to Saint Francis Vet in Turnersville, because he stopped nursing with mom. I was told to go home & they would give me a call regarding my pup. I got a call from them in 45 minutes asking me to fill out paperwork online to give them permission to work on pup. I submitted the online form & then got another call in 15-20 min, in which I was told my pup had a skin infection & he needed to be treated with antibiotics, fluids, ect.
