Terrible place and terrible people. Basically turned my kids away with a Golden puppy who was having seizures. They said they didn't want to waste their resources.
RecommendedThey were great! Very happy with how they called us and helped our dog! We had always been to the Animal Hospital in Woolwich but they weren’t taking anymore Emergencies so we had to travel almost an hour to Turnersville! It was well worth it! They were understaffed too and doing the best they could!

Rude staff. incompetent care. Left waiting for many hours and were given misinformation and lies by Marissa. Our dog was sent there by the sister location for xrays, and sedation needed for laceration repair. They needed to rule out internal bleeding. They literally took him in, never examined him, stuck him in a cage then complained because he was crying. After 4 hours we called back and told them to bring him out that we were going to Mt. I do not recommend. There is so much I want to say, but I'm just too upset. We had to take our pet to another vet to be treated humanely and put to sleep. Yes, I will be contacting Melissa once I calm down.
Awful. They did nothing but spent waste 5 hours of my husband and my time. All the "vet" did was pretending to be a vet by repeating our responses. Will NEVER be back
You failed my friends dog. The veterinarians there should have known and not sent his dog home.. All he did all night was crying pain. He had to be taken to another vet and be put to sleep. You guys should have known that there's other problems with him, Not just sent him out of the door with medicine that takes weeks to work. Shame on you!!! This dog's quality of life was horrible at the end of it. They trusted you to do the right thing for their dog And you guys did not. How dare you do that to a poor animal...Shane on you... read more

wouldnt bring my animal back here if it was the last center on the planet...nurses and techs..amazing fabulous.....DOCTORS?..absolutely not..thank god my dog wasnt dying because the vet i spoke to was a total jerkoff...NEVER in my life have i felt more belittled and brushed off then i did today..disgusted is an understatement ..get it together st francis you should be ashamed of yourself
They are so good with my diabetic dog. Very compassionate.
