We have had such wonderful experiences with BH Urgent Care. Caring staff who make you feel welcome and taken care of, physicians who listen to your questions and give answers. I recommend BH Urgent Care to anyone in the area. We have had 4 different provider when visiting over the last 6 months and have nothing but good to say about all of them.
I have been to IHS for an appointment and was refused an assessment and was even put on standby in case someone didn't make it. Finally I left. I called numerous locations in Rapid City, and I finally came across BHUC and they got approval from the Director to take care of me. My baby and I were greeted at the door, refreshments were provided, everyone was friendly, service was fast and direct. Thanks to their wonderful staff!!
Told a 2 hour wait only to have someone that came in after ....go before...logging on 3hrs and still waiting.....2hrs too long for anyone to have to sit in a waiting room full of sick people! It's sick season....close your doors or get more help.
