Switched to Urgent Care in Spearfish about a year ago. Glad I did! Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful. Had bloodwork done and received my results via phone call within an hour. (No waiting for a letter to arrive a week later as with my previous provider). This place is great. Highly recommend.

Yesterday was the 3rd time in about 5 years someone in my family has had a broken bone. We have used BHUC for other things.... but, if you suspect any type of orthopedic issue this is definitely the place to go. Since they are in the same group as BH Orthopedics, you know when the X-rays come back... they can be quickly emailed to BH Ortho and they make an appt for you to see a specialist. Seamless from start to finish. Plus the technology they offer is 2nd to none in Rapid City.
Had a fully body rash while on a month long camping trip. Everyone was amazing. It was literally the BEST urgent care experience ever. You're treated like royalty & the lobby is more like a hotel lobby than a doctors office. They even have fancy water. Well done South Dakota, well done.

We are in town for vacation, and our 2 year-old got sick. The staff was nice, fast, and efficient. The waiting room had all kinds of things to keep my two year-old occupied. We saw Dr. Webb. He was great despite our 2 year-old being very difficult. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing care!
