Friendly service, however, billing department is a mess. Always keep receipts and pay close attention to their bills. We paid our co-pays and received no other statements which is correct. However, 5 months later we receive a rude and threatening call to send us to collections for $20, we were working so we didn’t have our receipts on hand, so we paid it under pressure. However, when I called to set the billing record straight, they owed us $20 and couldn’t explain THEIR mistake. UNACCEPTABLE!
I took my 2 year old daughter to spearfish urgent care and I was so impressed with the service. Diane at the front desk is a gem. So cute with my daughter. Anna CNP was thorough and kind, great bedside manner. The nurse was great too. The facility is beautiful. I live in California and I am have been so impressed with healthcare providers here!

Amazing service! Waited only 10 minutes for a walk in, I brought my one year old in for what I thought was an earache, the NP saw her said her ears looked good but as soon she saw her belly and noticed what I thought was constipation, she ordered us to get a X Ray of her belly and found out she had cancer on both kidneys! Unfortunately we still had to go to the ER where despite them being forewarned we waited for 3 hours to be life flighted to Sioux Falls but that was beyond our control 🤷🏻♀️I will forever be so great full... read more

At first I was pleased with the first visit regarding my issue I had going on. The cost was no problem as they helped me out. At that appointment I was told if it wasn’t completely better or started getting bad again to come back. Well 2 days after completing my meds the pain started again and got worse over 3 more days. I returned for a second visit, paid the $150 fee, waited over an hour past my appointment time to be told “Well, I’m not sure what it is and you should take some Aleve” so I drove 2 hours and paid $150 for t... read more
