We just took our 1 year old into Urgent Care, showing up right before closing. The nurse was incredible, and the doctor was equally as great! They were patient and kind, knowledgeable and yet complimentary on our parenting skills. I can't tell you how much my husband and I appreciate their hospitality especially when we're nervous about our son's health. Thank you for the experience.

Courteous staff, minimum wait time, and knowledgeable healthcare professionals what more can you ask for. I was at the Haines Ave location yesterday and was impressed. In and out in under 30 minutes plus received the help I needed. Thank you Black Hills Urgent Care and Natalie. :)
We visited the BHUC on Haines Ave. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Usually my wife has trouble getting an IV or blood drawn. The nurses did an outstanding job with both. Thanks Austin and Erica. There was a 3rd nurse involved but didn't get her name. Thanks agin.
