Very impressed with my care during a stay for a recent emergency cardiac event. From the E.R. staff, to the Nurses, Lpns, phlebotomists, food service and cleaning staff. I encountered attentive, caring and helpful folks. I've had many hospital stays over the years, some in world class Boston hospitals, but this is the only time i'd rate my experience at 5 stars. Keep up the good work !

En el día de hoy mi experiencia fue terrible,al llegar al cuarto 2316 la enfermera quería que mi madre ocupará el cuarto,que se encontraba extremadamente sucio,el baño me dejó indignada,sucio por dentro y por fuera,despegado de la base,con toda una costra negra acumulada de mucho tiempo (probablemente,)me fui a la administración para poner una queja( la cuál fue atendida inmediatamente)pero sin solución inmediata ya que necesitan tiempo para repararlo.Me di a la tarea de grabar videos y tomar fotografías para constancia de v... read more
Doctors are great, nursing, CNA staff are fabulous But their transports to X-ray, other tests don't even offer to cover you up! Sit in wheel chair and NO COVER offered. Just weird! this hospital does NOT care of the "pairing" of patients. Stick a 80-90 yr old confused Patient with you and then become unsympathetic to the issues in the room! You want sleep? You want sleep STAY HOME OR GO TO TRINITY HOSPITAL. Otherwise bring your own stash of sleeping pills and best wishes! Worse experience I have ever had in my life with room... read more
