HORRIBLE! My little brother with Autism went there for a back injury on 4/7/17. There was one guy, Tommy, who was either a nurse or just a nurse asst., was brutal to him, and cruel, and screamed at my mom about very personal things. Shame on this place.
I had a seizure and the 911 guys took me there, they took me straight in, did tests and the Dr came in to see me....they put in an IV and fluids...I received excellent care in the ER and in the hospital....I didn't like the room I was given, 2 patients to a room and very small....noisy and crowded, but the care was great....the nurses friendly and always came when I needed them.
My husband yianni is in icu an between our entrance in trauma center er an icu all the staff has been a god sent. Everyone is absolutley great care.. An still here..
I suffered a compound ankle fracture Saturday evening at 6:00. I was in shock seeing my ankle came through the skin. The Spring Hill Emt!s were terrific and brought me to the Bayonet Pt. Trauma ER. By the time I got there they had a whole team pulled together to treat me and by 8:30 I was in surgery. The team were so professional & kind and I felt at ease knowing I was getting superior care. I was moved to the ICU Trauma for a couple of days and their staff was just awesome. Then moved to a regular room and again great nurse... read more
