Add me to the long list of people whom are disgusted and dissatisfied with the lack of care provided by Bayonet Point RMC Emergency Room. The nurses and staff neglect patients, fail to administer ordered meds, and giggle it up at their station as they "accidentally" push the call button in patient's room (then would whoop it up with some more laughter that they kept pushing the button.) After 6 hours of my mother being in pain in the Emergency Room they discharged her after 6 hours with NO diagnosis and still in pain! The Emergency room she was in was dirty with a blood stained tissue on the floor next to her bed that did not come from my Mother. The staff was overheard saying "Yeah this is a good pace....1 new patient every hour....let's keep it like that!" Sorry...this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Everyone was great as always. It seems I'm always there in the early am hours. It is either with my son or husband . I'm in the medical field . the doctors and nurses always answer my questions . my choice of hospitals.

I absolutely love Bayonet Point Hospital. When my brother was alive and battling cancer the girls up on Infectious Control Unit (2nd floor) treated my brother with respect and took care of him like there was no one else more important. Saddens to say my brother did pass but Myranda, Lacey, Tina and all the other girls I give props to you cause I know what a handful my brother cause he lived with me and I thank you for putting up with me.
