What made this hospital visit a stress free visit was Jen in SICU. It was a stressful situation with my great grandmother while my parents were in a different country at the time. She was an attentive nurse, always making sure myself and my great grandfather (who has dementia) were okay and happy. I wouldn’t typically chose this hospital, however, I would if I knew I’d have Jen as my nurse.

I had a Cardiac Oblation on November 8th, 2017. My first time at this Medical Center as a Patient. I was treated with Kindness and utmost Respect. Made to feel at ease and comfortable. My Family treated the same. The Nursing Staff and Supervisor in Building D are Just Awesome. This is a 5 star Hospital. Thank You So Much for My Awesome Care..

The other morning I went to the ER because I had a lot of blood in my urine. After several expensive tests and 3 1/2 hrs later, on my discharge papers it said, and I quote, " You have been diagnosed with hematuria" ( For those who do not know, hematuria is a medical term for blood in the urine). Well DUH!!!!!! I already KNEW I had blood in my urine, I brought in a sample with me!!!!! Then I was instructed to see a urologist as soon as possible. Do they know how long it takes to get an appointment with a specialist? Especiall... read more

I am sorry I cannot remember the ER doctor's name when my husband was brought in by ambulance after suffering a deep laceration. The doctor was professional, had a sense of humor, and brought in two consultations as he wanted my husband to have the best of care. My husband was admitted by Dr. Roach and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow to repair tendons and nerves before closing the wound. The staff on the third floor, Monty and George have been great dealing with my husband. I could not ask for better nurses than these two.

I was brought into the Trauma Center with a hand injury. Everyone that I came into contact with, I.e. ER staff, nursing staff, doctors, and kitchen personnel were unbelievable as they treated me like family. They couldn’t do enough to make sure that I was comfortable, pain free, and explained all of the procedures, etc. that was in the future for me. A special thanks to my nurses, Danielle, Rachel and Dennis in the Trauma Unit. Sincerely, Cliff Manspeaker

It was the worse I never leave negative reviews but really felt the need to express how from the moment I walk in to a very rude front nurse to a visit I don't even remember seeing a doctor. To even being forgotten in a room. I'm so sorry I even went there. Wish for no one to ever experience that feeling of pain or being alone in a hospital with no help
