Insurance question for payment were not clear. I have coverage should have been afford service billed difference. I should known I would get service before I wasted the time .
I would like for you all to get the insurance BCBS back right, because I enjoy coming there. I really would like to continue to come there, because Dr. Swanson is a very good dentist and he can do everything that needs to be done by a dentist. I don't have to go to someone else, because they can't pulled a certain teeth. I don't know anything you need to change, but get your prices right so BCBS can cover what ever. I can't afford to pay for insurance, co-payment, and balance that BCBS don't pay.
