My Jeep was bought out Dec11,2022 from *********************** Chrysler ***********, **. In January my credit was hit reporting that I was late. the dealership never sent out the buyout check to Chrysler until Jan 11 or 12

I just got off the phone with one of the service writers named *********************, and he was very rude to me over the phone and swore at me multiple times. Vey, very unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this business.

After troubleshooting 2017 chrysler pacifica my father was quoted over $2k in repairs and he paid for all quoted repairs needed. 2 weeks later van breaking down again. Now needs a new engine when it only has 80k miles??. Something definitely wrong with this dealership mechanics and the treatment received was subpar. Quoted ****** for a new engine. Had to tow car to mechinic nearby quoting half of what they were trying to get. Do Not Go Here!

Last week was my unsatisfactory experience with this *** ************** been a customer for about three years to **** Thousands of dollars to the company given . Dealt with several dealers in Clt & in NY. But this experience has been the most moderately unpleasant Ive ever had. My vehicle was held hostage from 12/28 to 1/6.When my appointment was made, I was assured both brake lines were ordered & Id have my vehicle done before the weekend. They will not work to correct any problem you have unless you buy the car from them. If you are visiting the area and have a problem with a brand they sell you are better off to wait until you get home .

Do NOT take your car to them if youre having trouble with it. I was told twice by ***** that nothing was wrong with my car when I knew different. So I went to Victory Chevrolet for second opinion and come to find out my control arm was broken and struts were defective. I almost wrecked my car in the rain due to this with my kids in the car DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Their website is misleading, no cars on their lots. All are out of state. I purchased 8 vehicles and had no record of me. Do not purchase a vehicle from Hendricks

They cheat, Very cheaply too. Stay Away and Seek a Reputable Dealer.They had posted a ******** GLA on their website. The pictures were breathtaking and the price was listed for a good $5k to $6k below the market value. They also had a nice VW Golf on their website which was priced reasonably. I made an appointment to see them both and to tryout a Taos-S trim. Went to buy an advertised Rav4 and willing to pay the list price. When he brought out the "walk out the door" price sheet there was a line item of $2495 in addition to the advertised price for LoJack. I questioned this and told us it was in the advertising in small print. I have checked but there is nothing about this cost. He went to the manager and asked for a reduction and they took it down to $1495 for something we had no use for.
