NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I had purchased a used car from this dealer and it has been nothing but issue after issue for me. I certainly believe I was mislead into thinking everything on the car was working and operational. I drove the car for not even 1 week and a check engine light had came on and several other lights as well. Hi my name is Don I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from Honda Bisbee located in Danville salesman seems nice but was I fooled. This has been the worst experience I've ever experienced at any business. They lied on the paperwork concerning my finances, I definitely felt like I was bullied into signing a contract. I recommend that you seriously think about it before purchasing a vehicle from them.

The switch to the one touch wasnt working and the service tech did a reset and now it works great .
I dropped off my vehicle on May 2, 2025 to get a specific service that I know was necessary for my car. I called ahead and booked an appointment and told the service department what I needed. Even though, I booked ahead and told them what was necessary, they were still not ready to service my vehicle for what I needed that day. Stopped in today to look at a used car. Test drove the car and asked for their best price and service history. The salesman brought back the service history and told me he wouldnt give me the price until my husband came up. They lost a sale and my future business for the discrimination I endured today.
My service advisor at Don Ayres Honda, ******** *****, is a knowledgeable and friendly asset to the ******************* She went above and beyond my expectations in updating my recently purchased 2021 Odyssey. For 2 months I enlisted *** Ayres sales personnel to find an updated used Odyssey to replace my 2012 model, but one could not be located. I found my 2021 out of the city, but it will be serviced with ******** at *** *********************** just as I have done since purchasing the 2012 from *** ***********************
