We bought our new to ** Explorer on June 14th. We noticed the ride was getting a little rough. We were told it had new tires when we bought it. We checked one of the front tires when we bought it. Obviously new. Did not think about checking all four tires. Did not think we would have to. We wanted to get an oil change because the car had no sticker and we wanted to get on a schedule. Very, very disappointed. I stop for first time to look for a truck, it was about 6pm one of the sales person came out kind of forcing me to give him my information, telling me that my credit score was low just by looking my apearience. I went back back the next day and talk to another sales person acorse they tell you everything you want to heard, I end up buying a used 2021 silverado that i drove less than 300 miles and used it for 14 days, between those 14 days I had to take the truck for an alignment and balance of the ti... read more

Pur based a CR-V at the end of June and paid to have leather seats installed. No one will return my calls. Avoid this place and I certainly wished I would have done more research because it seems this is how they generally operate.

I pre-ordered two Cadillac Lyriqs with their ***********, ** dealership. After both arrived improperly spec'd I canceled and asked for my refundable deposit back. Its now going on six weeks of back and forth with them and still no refund. Their unethical business practices are leaving me with no choice but to escalate the issue.

My *** **** needed repair under my extended warranty for wipers that didn't work. I called Hendrick *********** first and waited for a live person as I wanted to ask if they work with Protective Asset Protection, my extended warranty (purchased from *** ****** when I bought my *** new). When I asked to make an appt, she told me they were booked through October and I wouldn't be able to schedule until then. It is July 25! Watch out for the bait-and-switch on the Hendrick *** homepage. The website features a national calculator from *** Financial Services, but then when you're ready to sign, you'll find out the numbers are way off. In my case, the calculator showed lease payments of $378 per month after a substantial downpayment. But the offer I got from my salesman was $488 per month with the same downpayment. Immediately upon arrival, the service advisor proposed additional services (totaling over $1,000) & stated my car would be severely damaged if the additional work was not performed. The service advisor became agitated & defensive when I started reviewing my service records. Do not visit this dealership for moralities purpose. At the dumb and ripe age of 18, I entered this dealership and was taken advantage of to the maximum degree. Upon inquiring about an affordable vehicle, I was quickly drawn up for an $800/month payment at the age of 18. I was making minimum wage at the time, the interest on this loan exceeded the asking price of the vehicle. I dont even know how they managed to get me approved this for loan.
