I purchased a vehicle from Right Honda in Scottsdale, AZ 3 months ago. The salesman **** was amazing. The finance manager wrapping up my sale however lied to me about the prepaid maintenance program that was included with purchase of the vehicle.The maintenance program ONLY allows your vehicle to be serviced at the Right Honda location, when I asked about it I was told it would be transferrable to other locations as I'm an out of state buyer. I went in for a checkup on warranty work on my Honda Odyssey because of a letter I received from Honda on a specific item that they were covering. I wasn't told that if they discovered that my vehicle wasn't considered to have this exact issue ( which my vehicle had been showing the signs of puffing when turning off, no power when pushing gas and what sounds like a miss and a knock) and wasnt covered under the warranty that I would have a charge of $185 for a diagnostic fee. Had my 1st oil change. Left the dealership in pouring rain made it 20 miles down the road with small water spots showing up on my sunroof and pillars inside vehicle. Called dealership said they ran the cameras back and it was shut when it left. Explained to them that the button was just barely bumped, that it was open open but enough for water to seep in. I took my 2008 chevy tahoe to zimbrick to have my A/C serviced and it cost me over four thousand dollars, it ran fine for 6 months and then it went out on me again so I took it back to them a second time and they repaired and then it went out on me again 6 months later so when I took it back to them a third time they charged me a fee for diagnostics and repairs after which it went out on me a fourth time, I really do feel like I got scammed if you know what good for your car do not go to them they are rip-off artist, now I a... read more

I recently visited Hill Country Honda for two routine services - Oil/filter change and brake fluid change. I had dealer coupons for both services that I got from their web site. When the services were complete, they had added an addition change on the bill for "Provisions and Materials." Materials for both of the services I had done should be included in the basic service. e.g., When you get an oil/filter change the coupon said it included 5 qts of synthetic oil. I took my 2009 Honda civic because the ac was blowing but not cooling. Hill country Honda quoted me $2050.95 to fix it. I wanted a second opinion and found out that the ac clutch relay needed to be replaced. After looking at the price to fix it, the relay cost was $11.00. To all the ladies HONDASCRV2015 owners BE AWARE that the oil life% doesn’t work, I thought it was a “greatdeal” buying a Honda for Xs gift/2015What the dealer’s guys don’t tell you when your buying their cars is that these 26K Hondas only last 10 years.so after 10 years of course when the warranty expires, my "Great- deal car "became a Lemon with capital “L” and it happened overnight!
