Very clean. The staff were helpful and polite. We had a HUGE group for a wedding and there was a lot of space for talking and preparing for the celebration.
The room was perfect had the log cabin suite for my sons wedding night they let me in early to decorate the room also requested 1st floor do to patio so that we could have a little family reception all went well
They have plumbing problems,toilets ran all night.. And that was in multiple rooms!!! BAD front desk help!! Spent big$$ for a wedding and reception that we could have done better elsewhere!!! Place needs renovated!!!!!!!!!
Between 4 rooms that where booked for family, 1 room had an ant hill in the center of the room, another had dust balls rolling on the floor, our room smelled like a dead animal, and the hotel in general inside and out was dirty! We checked in and 5 minutes later checked out! Not quite sure how this is a 4 star hotel??
Keys didn't work. Door knob completely fell off! Whirlpool tub had a kitchen sink faucet...would take hours to fill. Hot water came out lukewarm. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Furniture badly worn. Horrible bed and pillows. VERY outdated. Expected more based on location and price. Next time I spend $200 for a room, it won't be here.
Our bathroom smelled like sewer gas was backing up for two days. No one made our bed or left clean washcloths or anything. I would not recommend this motel to anyone!
The rooms where nice and the front desk lady was nice too.. however if a person asks if they take cash and they say yes but do tell you they charge a credit card first and then make you pay cash.. 3-4 business days later you will get refunded on your card.. this should all be said upfront! So your customers are not slapped in the face with policies..
