This past weekend I was there for wedding which was beautiful and the food was amazing! As for the service, it was terrible..my card was charged at least 3 times for multiple prices and I had to go through 4 different staff to get it fixed, the last day we were there housekeeping just walked into my room at 8:00 am no knock or apologies. We had no towels and no one came to change the trash, we had put the trash bags outside the door which stayed there for 2 days. Very disappointed this stay!
They need to close the doors and remodel and definitely fire the housekeeping staff. Filthy establishment. Never again.
Make sure there isn't a wedding reception going on from your room. Ours was two doors away. Not much sleep!!!
THIS PLACE SUCKS ...DON'T EVER GO THERE...POOR SERVICE...ROOMS I WOULDNT PUT MY DOG IN
Definitely the worst hotel experience of my life. Pool was closed when we went. They rented our room off the books to an employee. Smelled like weed and smoke. Also our door didn't work. The front desk lady was rude along with the other 2 employees we had to deal with. And when we asked for a discount for the horrible experience/service. They refused. Never again.
Drove 7 hours to get here, reserved a room ahead of time, can't check in til 3pm. Never coming back here. We're tired and wanted rest.
