Management is not customer-centric. Business center out of toner for entire week, had to drive to Office Depot several miles away to print important doc. Staff did not offer to print in office. They acknowledged that manager had known about toner. Housekeeping failed to replenish coffee in room over the entire week. Had to walk to desk an ask every day. Great hotel.
Regency Lodge was a great place to stay. I will recommend to everyone I know. The staff was welcoming and just comfortable and relaxing . Breakfast was great and pool for the kids. I will be staying there again.
