Needs a very deep cleaning. The staff is nonexistent and always going out to smoke.
Less than 1 star. Do not book at this place. Seems they have shut their doors with no notice to existing customers who have reservations. No answer on any of their phone lines and no way to communicate with them to check status.
Just went there. It’s locked up. Closed permanently. Notices on all doors stating ‘No trespassing “.
By far the worst hotel experience ever. Pool was closed, rooms smelled very musty and had mold around the tub, VERY POOR staffing as the front desk clerk had put us on hold for 4 minutes only for us to walk down to find her on her phone (claimed someone in the back needed help when she had just told us no one else was available to assist with our complaint) .. our bathroom flooded and TV did not work. So I wonder when you guys will post that your closing and taking away everyone's wedding venue last minute after being told only a few months ago that not to worry your staying open!. Maybe some local tv news coverage will help show the true color of your owner and his Sleazeball ways
Will never ever stay here again. There are mice running the halls and in the rooms. When you tell the staff they don't care they just say ok. The rooms are dirty. My room looked like it was never vacuumed . The ceiling tiles either have water damage or are ready to fall down out of the ceiling. It's probably cleaner to sleep under a bridge then in this hotel.
RecommendedEverything was ok but there was no hot water in the shower and my husband was having back surgery and had to take 2 showers! Yes went front desk and yes would get us a new room but it was 10 pm didn’t want to move that late cause had to be at hospital by 530! Said they will take 25 dollar off will see! Great breakfast nice pool! Also a very nice lounge!
