It's a great place to work, everyone here is so nice and helpful, it's ALL about patient safety and I love being behind a system that I believe in. �
Not really impressed. My father is currently there and he is not thrilled with the second or third shift staff, no problem on first with all the management and oversight there. Housekeeping needs to step up in the bedrooms. He's bedridden pretty much so it's not him getting the floors dirty. I always wipe down his TV tray, remote control and phone when I arrive and change the soiled padding on the chairs from where he sat up last. Worste place ive ever been in as a nursing home sorry stepdown hospital. They keep your loved ones longer than needed and trying to get your loved ones home take a nasty call and a lawyer. They are all about the money and only the money. Nere let any place send your loved ones here.

The staff at Regency took wonderful care of my dad and my mom. We are so grateful my dad was transferred here. He receive phenomenal care! The staff went above and beyond!
My husband is at regency hospital now has been there for about 2 months. He has gotten wonderful care everybody that works there has always been very pleasant and caring. He has made a lot of progress while being at Regency and should be ready to go home in a few weeks.
They talked me into pulling the plug, because they didn't get paid 2mo. before. I didn't know that welfare was behind until after he passed away. He was there for 4mo. his mediport was pulled out when they were cleaning him up,(they were in a hurry, I was told by a nurse). None of his doctors were in his room when they disconnected him, it was done by a lady PA!!! I could go on about his care in those mos. Never ever and pass it on send a loved one there. My mom has been at Toledo Hospital ICU for over a month and in need of long-term acute care. Although Regency hospital was very nearby my home and convenient for me, going back and forth from work to home.
