I think Regency goes above and beyond to ensure safe quality care. My mother is there now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Every discipline are team players. When I express a concern they take action quickly. Very clean and comfortable .
My mother is there now. She had been at Toledo Hospital ICU and was sent to Regency for long term care. She is recovering from back surgery along with sepsis. She used her cell phone to call me last Saturday 9-30-17 at 9:00 a.m. and again today 10-07-17 at 5:30 a.m. Her aid that cleaned her up on both of these days has been according to my mother "slamming me around hurting me" I am trying to find out who this person is. I was told they had already left for the day. No one seems to know this aids name. I will have it investi... read more
