I would say definitely retraining for some of the nurses, aides and even respiratory therapist the way 1 addressed my mom was not kind or polite, my mom always tells me she hates it there has said on multiple occasions that they don't care and can be rude she knows she's going to a nursing home and would rather be anywhere but here and this place has made me feel uncomfortable even leaving her there sometimes. I was there 3 years ago I had a amazing nurse named Jessica. I had some of the worst experiences there besides her in my life. A platinum blond nurse who always where a faces mask should be immediately fired. If things have not changed since my stay this place should close there was some good people there but few far in between. I was held down against my will be 6 nurse to have something done I said no too! Stna would run past me trying to hit my light as fast as they could so they didn’t have to help me. They're currently not properly taking of my uncle who is in there. Staff and administrators are a joke. Lots of neglect.
Our experience here was totally amazing. The entire staff was very good. We came after my husband's heart surgery and was here for 8 weeks. It was slow going for him but he finally turned the corner. The nurses, aids and respiratory staff work their butts off around here. Wound care here worked a miracle on him. Rehab was awesome. The cleaning staff kept his room clean daily. horrible staff and administrator
I was a patient at this hospital a few years ago, this had to be the worst place I was ever a patient. I shared a room with a man that was on a ventilator just so he could breathe. Periodically he needed his throat suctioned so that he could breathe, when he would ring is bell for a nurse it would take anywhere from 15-30 minutes then the aid would scream at him and say "Stop ringing your bell, you are not the only patient in this hospital!!!"I would stick up for him and try to protect him but they would tell me to mind my o... read more
