All around great care every time a member of my family visits, most recently I had Sue for my cleaning and she was fantastic!
Called to make an appointment for getting a filling checked on the back of an upper front tooth. Got in the next day a noon. After less than 10 minutes in the lobby I was in the chair. I was looked at right away, needed to clean the area where the filling needed to go and had it filled, did not need to be deadened. My gum was sore from a gap in my teeth allowing food to get in to gum area. The gap was repaired. All is good! Very pleasant quick painless service and happy with the results. Total time was an half an hour.

I must say, I was very very happy customer yesterday, Nov. 16, 2017, when I went into the Family1st Office in Norfolk, NE to have my dental whitening trays remolded. There was a bit of a problem with the first set of trays that I had done a few months earlier. Well, at my last visit i mentioned to receptionist Marissa, that there was just something "not quite right" with the fit of my whitening trays.
