Do Not Rent Here!! We were given the "Brief" walk through to see what the apartment was like and at first glace, it looked like it could work. We were then told to come and fill out an application. After the application was approved, the lease was signed and we chose a move-in date, the office gave us the keys to the apartment and their "Inventory and Condition Form", and told us we had 48 hours to return it. As we went through the check list, there were so many problems, it took us the entire two days to complete the form. ... read more

Business response:

After reviewing this situation, it appears keys and possession of the apartment were taken on June 14, 2019. According to the TAA Notice we received from you, the lease was then broken on June 18th; roughly a week later. Payments were made for June rent at time of move in and termination fees were paid at time of move out. Fortunately, we were able to lease the unit as of July 1st to avoid any future fees. This gave us the ability to refund $428.30. It was sent to a PO Box but subsequently returned to the office. You may eit... read more

I will NEVER stay in another Pinnacle Property ever again!!! Management has very poor skills, clear across the board!! The property manager Carla picks an argument with you, then saying that you're not telling the truth. In other words you're lying! I'm not used to this kind of service from a property manager. I normally sit and talk/laugh with the management and staff at the other properties where I stayed in the past. The entire staff needs to be retrained.....and I don't really think that will help. Poor customer service ... read more

Jessica ******* and her stooges that work their with her are CON ARTISTS. They hold your money and promise to give it back bit never do. Rats, roaches, raccoons will be your neighbors here as well as paying $60-$70 water bills. Work orders can't be filled out properly and if they are sometimes they won't come loom at your problems in your apartment. If they do they rig it to where it's just good enough for a.month or 2 before you call them to come loom at it again. No one ever gets a.deposit back and they treat you like you'r... read more

This company is unethical and crooked. They over charged us $238.62 on our final bill upon move-out. It took several hours of phone time and computer time to get them to correct the error and they were extremely rude every step of the way. Only after proving I would not give up and accept their fraud, that they conceded "after an early morning meeting with management, they decided to adjust our bill," never admitting a mistake on their part and still rude to the last minute I dealt with them. I wonder how many people have pa... read more

I loved living in my apartments before new management came in. I can't express how much I hate living at Parc Woodlands. The only reason I'm staying here is because I have (had) cheap rent. The office staff is beyond atrocious, the manager Terri is belittling, arrogant, and does not care about any of the residents living there. Don't be fooled by the kindness they show towards the "future residents" they kiss everyone's *** to look good when they know they'll be signing a new customer. God forbid you ask anyone in the office... read more

Pinnacle came in and purchased the apartment buildings I lived in in college. The property management the Wilson company had let the entire property fall to ruin and were eventually bought out. We decided to not renew our lease sighting promised repairs that were never done. Nearly 8 years later, I am reviewining a claim against my credit by a collection agentcy out of Washington. Come to find out Pinnacle sent a bill to my previous roommate demanding for him to cover the repairs! Repairs that had nothing to do with us. He i... read more

I lived in one of their properties in San Antonio Texas. The property was named The Anthony. Upon moving in we took video and picture evidence of all the problems we found with the property. And when we moved out as expected we were billed for items that we listed 13 months ago as issues or potential issues. The main one being the old carpet which was passed over multiple times old and dingy. Moving out we received a $700 bill and when we tried to negotiate our final move out fee, without any bargaining or upon moving in we ... read more

I sincerely dislike the property management over here in NV. I had a small bank error with my December rent and I have paid over 25% of what my rent should be. I happened to check my balance today only to find out I STILL owe money! This feels like extortion. How can this be legal? You can't get a hold of anyone to speak to, nor can you view how they are applying fees and why. If this were an honest company, then the tenants should be able to see where these fees are coming from. I feel like they're just pulling them out of ... read more

Property is billed as "luxury", but landscaping is horrible. Weeds have taken over, grass knee deep and shrubs as tall as windows.
