I would not recommend renting an apartment with this company. The managers at Capitol at Stonebriar are literally the worst. Their niceness stops right after you sign the lease. They talk down to you like you're a child if you ever bring a problem to them meanwhile you're paying a good amount of money for rent monthly. They are never able to help and they would literally ignore you. I would not consider renewing my lease at this property.

My apartments reflections at the park in Vancouver Washington are slum now after switching to this property managment company. Garbage always over flowing, can't keep maintenance people on to save their life. No one ever comes to fix anything broken in your apartment. my faucet has been leaking for weeks now & someone just superglued the handle on like it's going to fix the problem. In response to this review, please note the following: - Management take over was in March of 2020 which is when Covid-19 hit and we were only able to address maintenance emergency requests. Due to our maintenance tech having to be out on medical leave, we have had to use temporary help to assist as needed; however, we are not currently experiencing a high level of maintenance personnel turnover. - Unfortunately addressing lease violations is out of our hands due to the WA moratorium. We'll start off by the false sense of security of a gated community seeing as how the gate is normally broken. Well then talk about how some people in management like to hang up on you when they don't want to deal with you even though you're not rude. promise u don't want to live here. I was there for a year and my lease was up in October the didn't tell me u til December or so that it was up. People are trash here the trash is always overflowing there are homeless people breaking into the apartments and selling drugs. I never got my dishwasher fixed or my fridge. I also have mold in my apartment due to the ac not getting fixed all they did was put tape around the pipe and my apartment was flooded due to this problem and they still never fixed it. I have NEVER, NEVER!, left a review for something like this but if I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Relocating from California to Nevada seemed like an amazing new start for my family and I up until we had to deal with the management and staff at ************ APARTMENTS. I have had an ongoing issue with the noise at *************** Apartments in *******, Arizona. The noise is coming from above and on the side of my apartment. I've asked the complex manager to intervene but it is still ongoing. I've offered to move to a different apartment, I've called numerous times to fix the problem and even submitted video evidence of one my issues. Nothing has resolved the matter. We haven't had water in our apartments at ************** for 2 weeks. Two entire weeks! I know that there were issues across the state following the major winter storm we received in Texas, but to hear that your company isn't considering some sort of account credit or rent discount for the trouble you've put your residents through due to poor planning, substandard maintenance, and a complete lack of preparation is ridiculous. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. First off I live at the Renaissance Villas in Las Vegas, these apartments are horrible the office staff is VERY Disrespectful and should not be allowed to work in customer service because this isn't customer service. The absolute worst experience I've ever had working with an apartment complex. My search for apartments began around August/September of 2020. I did a tour with Tania and liked the facility so after a talk with my significant other, I decided to move forward. I sent in my application and had to wait for someone to get back to me.
