Fantastic doctor and staff. You don't have to wait weeks to get in, the visits are relatively fast and productive and Dr. E is very thorough and good at what he does. After just one visit Dr. E has us on an aggressive path to find a diagnosis for our little guy. He validated us as parents and showed compassion and understanding in the face of a scary situation for us, as parents. We are very pleased with this physician and the staff.
Just took my 4 month old here and I am so happy with this practice. The office was very clean, and had books for my son to play with while we waited. The staff is extremely bubbly and kind. The doctor was easy to understand, comforting and knowledgeable. Happy with my decision to take my children here. Plus side: it’s two miles from my home!! �
I have been taking my daughter to Regal for a little over 2 years now and I have to say the staff is excellent. I live about an hour away from the office now and still take both of my children to them, would and have recommended them to others.
They went being my back and changed the appointment I had for my son so his mother could take him sooner. All so I couldn't get the script my son needed. When I threatened to contact the police to get a police report to take to foc they were extremely unhappy. A few days later they contacted my son's mother and told her because I threaten them they refuse to see my son anymore.
The absolute best Pediatrician office!! I am very picky who sees my girls and Dr. Elghoroury exceeds my expectations. The staff is friendly and caring. If they say that they will call you back, expect a call back the very same day. We are very happy here! Thank you truly caring about your little patients.
