Our experience with the Sales team was great beginning with Mr. Greg Schmidt who made sure that we understood the sales process and took time during various visits and phone calls to reassure us on the purchase of our Telluride. The signing of the finance papers was very quick and clearly explained by Mr. Stan May. And finally the Service Department, Mr. Johnathan Benitez took good and prompt care during our service visit. Waited an hour and 40 minutes for my oil to be changed with an appointment scheduled. I now have to go back so that my maintenance required message can be reset this will be the third oil changed in a row where I’ve had some issue.
