Made an appointment for warranty work. After arriving for warranty work on time my vehicle was parked to the side for 1 1/2 hours with no one working on it. Then vehicle was moved to service bay where it sat for another twenty minutes. Finally after an hour and fifty minutes the warranty work was performed which took an entire 15 minutes. Vehicle was sent the car wash then delivered back to me. Not sure why we even make appointments.....
