My experience with Kia was excellent, I would recommend regal Kia to anyone needing an automobile

My only complaint is not enough distance seating while waiting with Covid being an issue.

Karen, Thank you for your feedback, we do have outside seating and seating that is 6+ feet apart in the waiting area. If you would feel more comfortable at home, we can arrange our shuttle van next time.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. They kept us informed about our vehicle and did not pressure us to perform any service we didn't want to. They got my vehicle in and out quicker than expected and I appreciate us not having to wait long.
