I have been dealing with Regal KIA since Oct 2019. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. everyone from the sells person to the finance to the service dept. to the mechanics have been awesome ! the service dept. ALWAYS treats me with such care and politeness !! they keep me informed AND constantly checking on me to see if I need anything. I truly recommend Regal KIA to ALL of Lakeland and beyond!

Very clean waiting area. Personnel very friendly and efficient. Wait time was a little longer than I expected, but the waiting area was comfortable with a tv to make the time go by easily.

Friendly, courteous and always doing their best to meet your needs. I had window vent visors installed and one side was making a very annoying rattling noise, which was not wind noise. After a couple unsuccessful attempts to correct the issue, they installed a totally new set of visors. I am very happy to say that the problem has been corrected! Thank you, thank you!!
