Excellent service. from the service Tech to the mechanics to the manager who drove me to work since they were short handed on drivers !! totally recommend Regal KIA of Lakeland to everyone !!!

Maleke greeted us as we walked up to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in test driving. He did not push us to purchase but let us know the car was high interest. He made sure the car had what we were looking for and even more. The finance guy was great too. He explained warranties and maintenance packages to make sure we were taken care of. The dealership was clean and well maintained. It seems like the service area ran smoothly.
